Optionally Reportable Event Information
The Optionally Reportable Event Information screen allows users to capture information about optionally reportable events.

| Location Incident Occurred (Building Identification, Room Identification): | Enter information on the location where the incident occurred (i.e. building identification, room identification, etc.). |
