Administrative Review Information

The Administrative Review Information screen allows users to mark a Certified Investigator Report as approved or not approved. If the report is not approved, a new Provider Certified Investigator Report document will be generated when the Administrative Review is submitted.

 

Note: Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. In addition, some fields are conditionally mandatory, or in other words, become mandatory based on the response to a previous field. All mandatory fields (including conditionally mandatory fields) must be completed on a screen.

Does the CIR provide the necessary information for the administrative review committee to make a determination and develop appropriate corrective actions?

Select whether the Certified Investigator Report provides the necessary information for the administrative review committee to make a determination and develop appropriate corrective actions.

 

Note: If the response to this question is 'No', the Certified Investigator Report will be considered not approved. If the response to this question is 'Yes', the Certified Investigator Report will be considered approved.

If no, please explain If the Provider Certified Investigator Report does not provide the necessary information for the administrative review team to make a determination and develop appropriate corrective actions, provide an explanation.
