SC Comments

The SC Comments page allows Supports Coordinators to provide Management Reviewers with comments or concerns about an incident. Management Reviewers must then review and take appropriate actions to address the comments. Supports Coordinators are able to provide comments until the Management Review is submitted.

Field Name

Field Description

Comment Title

Enter a unique and descriptive title for the comment or concern.

Comment About

Select a dropdown value that relates to the nature of the comment or concern.

Status

Enter the current status of the comment or concern. The status can be changed until the comment is addressed by the Management Reviewer. Once the comment is addressed it cannot be re-opened for additional updates.

 

Pending Review – represents a comment that is ready to be reviewed and addressed by a Management Reviewer

Pending SC Updates – represents a comment that requires additional information from the Supports Coordinator

Addressed – represents a comment where appropriate actions have been taken to address the comment or resolve the concern

Comment

Enter a description of the comment or concern, or enter a response to the comment. Once a comment is saved it will appear in read-only mode for viewing purposes.

 

Note: Comments entered by Supports Coordinators are aligned to the left side of the screen, and responses entered by Management Reviewers are aligned to the right side of the screen.
