Mark as Confidential

The Mark as Confidential screen allows incident reporters to mark incidents as confidential, which revokes access to the incident for all point persons within the reporting organization, except the point person assigned to the incident.  

 

Notes:

  • Incidents by default are not marked as confidential.

  • Marking an incident as confidential will only affect point persons within the reporting organization. This will not affect any users outside the reporting organization.

  • The list of point people on the Mark as Confidential screen will be display users within the reporting organization that have the point person role.

 

Field Name

Field Description

Mark as Confidential?

Select Yes or No from the drop-down list. This response is defaulted to No.

Point Person

This read-only field displays the name of the currently assigned point person. This individual can be changed on the Reassign Point Person screen.

[UNDO CHANGES]

Click [UNDO CHANGES] to undo the changes made on this screen.

[SAVE]

Click [SAVE] to save the changes made on this screen.
