Manage Pages

This screen enables the users to:

  • view the documents in which this page is being used
  • specify whether this configurable page collects a single set or a collection of responses (i.e. whether it is a standard or master-detail page)
  • copy an existing configurable page

 

View Documents Using This Page

This screen enables users to confirm whether or not other documents are using this page.   Users cannot delete pages that are part of another document, therefore the user can only delete if no documents appear in the usage section.  If the user attempts to delete a page which is currently being used in a document, the system will display an error message and stop the user from proceeding with the delete operation.

 

Specify Response Type

This screen enables users to specify whether this configurable page collects a single set of responses or a collection of responses (i.e. whether it is a standard or master-detail page).  Depending on this response, users will be able to configure different properties.  

 

Once a page is saved, users may not edit the section of the page that designates whether a page collects single or multiple responses.  If the page accepts multiple sets of responses, users will have the option to add an enabling question (such as were there any witnesses?).  If a user adds an enabling question, they will need to enter a question title and question text.  Enabling questions will always be displayed as yes/no drop-downs.  If the user selects yes, the master detail fields will be enabled.  If the user selects no, the master detail fields will be disabled.  Due to their distinct nature, enabling questions will not appear in the question bank for the program office.

 

Copy an Existing Configurable Page

Users may copy an existing configurable page from this screen.  When this occurs a new page will be created with the same set of properties as the original page.  Users will then need to specify a new page name to save this copy.  Once saved, the copied page will be assigned a new page ID.

Questions for Detail Page

Select the questions that will appear dependent of the answer to the enabling question

Questions to include in summary

Designate which questions should appear in the printable summary of the report

Is there an enabling question?

Select Yes or No to designate if additional information will be required

Enabling Question ID

A read only field that displays the assigned ID of the Enabling Question

Enabling Question Name

Enter a unique title for the enabling question

Enabling Question

Enter a question that will designate if additional information will be required
